In regards to the upcoming work rules, there is not much the company can't get from us (contractually) for an additional 3% of pay and they know it. I either read or was told that the contract survey indicated that we as a group were willing to work more for more pay, or something to that effect, thus the higher ALV.
True. And it kinda stinks that guys feel the need to fly till they are almost dead every month.
With the increased vac pay, training pay, ADG, and reserves getting ADG, those combined will pretty much offset the increase in the TLV/ALV so
most pilots will get paid that extra hour pe month and work the same amount they are now.
