Sloshed....hardly.
Having witnessed Gordo in much more of a "celebratory persona" after several libations, I'd say he was pretty subdued in the clip. Many of us have witnessed it live & in person, and that was far from his "A-Game" in that video.
However, nothing that a Trans-con and a quite a few mini's won't jumpstart....
