Not the whole list. Now that every pilot has been officially notified it's their responsibility to notify CAL if they wish to accept the offer.

Basically. Once the JCBA and SLI are in place it will presumably be an "official" recall to UAL and they will be placed wherever the SLI put them.

Sort of; it's kind of a mess. They are not on probation and have full benefits from day one. But they are also at the bottom of the CAL list in their UAL seniority order. A "senior" (cough) furloughee that previously bypassed the offer could have a couple hundred pilots below them if they accept a class now. Their pay is the higher of whatever they last held at UAL or their longevity at CAL. We had L-UAL 777 CAPTAINS that took voluntary furlough and subsequently accepted the offer so they were at the bottom of the CAL FO list pulling 777 CA pay. In contrast, we also have first year UAL pilots who nearly completed first year pay and are now starting the clock again at CAL.

Per the TPA, accepting or declining the CAL offer has ZERO function in regard to SLI. The UAL pilots will be placed according to their UAL seniority. In addition, any future off-the-street hires will be placed after every single pilot on both CAL and UAL lists.
