How are you able to see vacancies on this snapshot? All I see is a list of pilots with current and awarded seats.
jumppilot beat me to it but,
If any seat's last pilot doesn't have "100%" next to it then there are vacancies to fill in that seat.
Also, the system bid shows a "min" number of pilots to be assigned to each seat. If the rank order of the last pilot is less than that "min" then the difference between the two are the number of vacancies to fill in that seat.
