USAA is like an American Flag made in China. Looks great on the outside until you dig in closer. Then you realize the association that was designed to serve the servicemember just became another insurance company.

If you didn't LIKE them years ago, you wouldn't care. But as I mentioned before, when you trust a company for over 20 years you get a little attached. That is why the changes are some frustrating. I don't have my 1989 USAA, but then again I didn't have an iPhone back then either. Everything changes. Its part of life. But you don't have like every change....
