My experience has been good, although I have not tried to make a claim.

I do a reassessment every year when my policies are up for renewal and every year the homeowner and auto premium are less individually and 10-25% less in the aggregate than any of the other companies.

I do not have life insurance with them due to a preexisting policy.

We started a refi on the house with them and did not encounter any issues other than some runaround, but nothing out of the ordinary. We ended up going with a different mortgage company because USAA's rates and costs lost the competition there.

The banking has been good. No issues with cards when traveling abroad, although I did have to make several phone calls in advance to be absolutely certain there would not be.
