Why put yourself through that torture unless you absolutely have to? Besides the fact that when these remaining pilots are RECALLED they'll rejoin the airline at their rightful, respectful, seniority not shoved onto the bottom (stapled) like the CAL deal forces upon them.
I totally agree that our workrules are horrible and tragic for reserves.

As for recall, this isn't a recall to CAL but a offer of enployment. So like a newhire off the street they start at the bottom. Good portion o these guys are holding lines right now. Not sure why it appears that you have angst about this? I thought it was good to pay UA guys at their last rate too.

When and if United recalls, then yes they can go to thier previous place before the horrible furloughs took place. From here we can all hope for a good contract and a fair SLI from the arbitration.
