The fleet book lists 722 mainline aircraft on property. The SEC filing says 796 mainlin aircraft by 2015. That's an increase of 74 mainline jets, or 10% in the next 28 months.
There's the growth.
Oh, and the same SEC presentation shows DCI shrinking to 425 frames.
