Looking at the current retirement numbers in the latest monthly based off the rma, I bet we don't hire till 2017. We parked a lot of dc9's, soon airbuses and 757s. The 90's and 717 wont fill as much as we have retired and are about to.
I'm not always the most optimistic...more realistic I like to think, however I can't imagine us not hiring a small amount by next winter unless the economy trends down.
Of course I've only flown about 145 hours this year so we aren't hurting in my seat.
