Tell me about it, I recently sent a blast email to family members that I would no longer be receiving passes. Way too much hassle and stress for me. I ended up paying $150 for a Chicago hotel room for a family member that couldn't afford one after failing to get on the last flight out after a visit. I'm officially done with them. The passes, not the family.
