Interesting, in the NAT 007 I have the inflight contingencies section is section 13, and the date appears to be 17Oct11. In the 007 document on the page you listed it's section 12 and the good stuff starts about 12.3.2 on page 94 (If we're looking at the same stuff).

Aha! The cover page of yours is the 2010 edition, and I was referencing the 2011. That explains it.
