Can anyone provide information on this?
Sounds like the company negotiating team. Do you think you are putting fear in the hearts of the pilots when the pilots are to the "I dont care what happens" point? "Rumor from the school house" this and "Word on the street" that. Is Delta now legally able to terminate our contract and dispense the flying to another regional? OF COURSE THEY CAN. They have been able to do that since April 1, 2012. Nothing new here. Pinnacle is in bankruptcy and Delta can do with us what they please. They could have pulled the plug that day or started an orderly wind down of the fleet like they forced us to do with United. We will be here as long as Delta needs us and not a minute longer contract or not.
