Why anyone holds any kind of resentment towards any other group of pilots is beyond me. It's not like the pilots went in and took your flying. We are all just chess pieces in this big game being moved around by management without any control over our next move.
If anything you could be resentful to the management group of the other company, but why anyone would hold a grudge against other pilots is beyond me. Everyone is here to work and to make money, which in itself is laughable because nobody is making any money.
Actually no, the regionals didn't always function that way. If you've been in it 10 years, yes, but 25 years.......no. Yes, you are just chess pieces (pawns actually) and no good chess player concerns themselves too much with the interests of a pawn.
