I voted for the TA, and I'm comfortable with my decision, but I certainly can't show you the resultant benefits yet.
I can see both sides.
To me it was more than what was in the PWA. I also was concerned with traditional patterning up, versus how it was done in this agreement.
I do believe the company negotiated in good faith. There was a lot that was not set in stone, and that allows latitude if the business plan does not go as is. Some of that is good, but a lot of it is disconcerting to pilots who live and work by an agreement. We as a group decided to go with it. I also believe that even though they did negotiate in good faith, they were not going to willfully give anything to us that we were not willing to wait it out for.
It will be interesting to see how the next round goes.
