So if you had been a rep, would you have allowed the pilots to vote on the TA? That's an important question. Would you have represented the 38% or the majority?
Many of us are just hoping some of those good rumors come true. The last several years have been somewhat frustrating. It'd be great to start seeing some consistent positive movement.
That being said, I am greatful that I've been working under a management team that has the ability to be pro-active, rather then re-active. I'm certain there have been multiple times over the last 4 years where furloughs have been considered. I'm thankful the trigger was never pulled, & that RA is smart enough to realize that it would've cost more $$$ in the long run. I look forward to more of their smart looking forward moves.
