I was 'Pre Polar' ...meaning, I started the process before the parking of the '200s. I went to the EWR job fair last October, got the phone interview just before Thanksgiving, then took 'THE TEST' after Thanksgiving. Fellas that took the test just a day or two before me had interview invites sent them for Jan, but were rescinded soon afterwards after the Classic retirements were announced. When interviews re-started recently, those former invitees were re-invited, then I guess they started cleaning up the list with the rest of us that were in a sort-of lingering limbo.

I'm happy to have waited and have passed-up/delayed a few opportunities to give Atlas my full attention, figuring I'd get a chance to interview when all the Classic guys were done being put through transition.

I'm happy to give my $.02 on my recent experience w/o giving away the store I KNOW how much my fellow hopefuls CRAVE any and all information on anything ATLAS!! Frankly, I'm a bit surprised not to have seen a bit more 'after-action' reports from the August interviewees, and the 3-day's worth of interviewees this time 'round.

As mentioned before, I'd highly recommend paying homage to 'The Grille' and maybe meeting Cargowannabe, or Twin Wasp, or any numer of other fantastic Atlas crewmembers or new-hires! They'll certainly make you feel welcome and they'll assure you Atlas is the place you 'wannabe!'
