Have gotten an excellent impression of Atlas, through this thread,
And seriously contemplating to start the hiring process.

I’m assuming most of the Atlas wannabes here, currently are employed.
How is it then practically done if you were to be accepted by Atlas,
And have a 1/3/6 month notice to (leave)your current employer?
Will Atlas be able to accommodate, and tell you you’re hired(!),
With a start date 1/3/6 months ahead of time?

Couldn’t find any info about this, so far…

I live in the US, work in Europe, right seat B737,pax-airline(4000 hours on the 737).
8600TT.FAA and JAA ATP.
49.y.old.
Would Atlas consider me?

Cheers.
Hi holding-
and everyone else please forgive the thread drift--
We have very similar backgrounds so I have 2 questions for you and any current Atlas pilot who may know about this

1.US phone number. I live overseas too-should I try and get a US phone number to make it easier to call me?
2-US Drivers License-Mine has expired. I can renew it no problem but the addy will be a relatives. When it comes to a background check will having a DL with a residence I never lived at affect the way they look at it?

I know these are not questions that help the majority of people applying to Atlas, but being out of the US for a while makes getting back into the USA as a pilot a tad tricky.

BTW saw a Palapina 747-8 in VHHH last night when I got in-what a great looking a/c.Made my AB look like a minnow.
