CAL guys all want to talk about how junior their seats go, but they won't admit that guys are getting stuff out of seniority due to the abysmal QOL sitting junior provides.
One thing is for sure.....back room deals will be made to protect the senior guys and the rest of us will get screwed!
Not sure the reasons, but fact is we had 2005 guys hold captain and the last bid has guys hired in October, 2005 hold IAH captain positions.
Does Delta have senior FO's sitting on the 777? Even with a new contract, and new work rules, I look forward to sitting right seat in a 777 versus being a junior captain.
