That makes perfect sense.......BUT how do you explain those who were "Voluntary Furloughs" at the time they departed property, then after they left on voluntary status, may have become "True Furloughs" (IE- The Furlough G-Line moved "North" after such time as when they left "Voluntarily", and if they would have stuck around, the would have been involuntary)???

All the more reasons that SOTeric's question ^^^above^^^ can not be treated with a "broad-brush" answer.
