Concerning integrating seniority lists...it's hard to argue against the concept of everyone retaining their pre merger percentage seniority...and that current seniority has priority over what might have been a future seniority. Longevity was introduced as a factor after the US/AW and DL/NW mergers, but it was really because of US/AW....where, if I'm not mistaken, there were involuntary furloughees who had had 10-15 years on the property at US, and were stapled....I don't know where they would have fallen out on a straight percentage seniority integration basis.
