Yup. Definitely XJ. I remember seeing them at MSP and thinking how weird it was that so many people could not figure out that their epaulets were on upside down....then I heard as to why they were doing it. I have never lost respect for a group of people so quickly.
It seems that there are a lot of Captains and some of the newer FO's who have no idea that Epaulets have a right and wrong way to be put on.
