I put one sticker on my bag back when we had them and that was so I could pick it out quickly when it was parked at ORD ops amongst hundreds of other identical black bags. It had nothing to do with flying or the airlines.
I presume he was saying that in an "I am spartacus" type way. I'd like to get a big "Federal Air Marshal" sticker when flying as a passenger, just as a joke to mess with people. That would be cool, but Mr. TSA might not likey.
