Normally the PDX to NRT flight is flown out of SLC. Mostly long rotation that starts with a flight to PDX from SLC, layover then NRT. Deadhead home from SLC after 9-12 days in Far East. However, have seen this rotation not include a deadhead as well.
I think the AMS flight is either SEA or LAX
