You will more than likely not be happy at Republic. I left Eagle in May and hired at Republic in July. Huge, huge difference from Eagle and not in a good way. Completely different attitude there. Training is bare minimums. Makes Eagle look like a top notch professionally run airline. I lasted 5 weeks and just couldn't take it anymore. Kept waiting for something positive to happen but it just kept getting worse. The contract is a promisary note for $20,000 that last for 2 years. It takes effect when you finish sim training. I have no personal experience with Skywest.
