I said this million times before, some pilots come from regional bottom feeder with little or no benefits, with little or no PIC, and think of B6 as an upgrade.
The tradition thinking of hiring experienced pilots with captain experience or armed forces service, is gone. B6 needs those guys so they will accept any BS put out by JB.
Our CEO video shows how much they care about your health: just go to the gym like Dave does and don't look at $ amount of health care, take care of yourself, and you don't need health care.
No sir. It is you who do not understand. If I stay at my regional, nothing improves because the business model is built that way. If a company succeeds at becoming a career destination, GoJet comes along and undercuts them.
Those of us who want out want to work for a company that sells its own tickets. Even with its warts, B6 is better than any regional for that fact alone. Once we are there, we can work to improve areas that are lacking, but to suggest that we should stay at the regionals is just beyond stupid.
