I agree, staying at the Regional level is a bad move. Even if B6 isn't for you in the long run you gain experience in going. I still forsee alot of our ranks moving to Big D and others when the hiring picks up. (LOL, if they were smart they'd hire every JB CA that applied)

If you can afford to make the move take it, it's a step up. If your strapped by 1st yr pay issues and commuting to rsv, hang tight and wait for your big boy job to come. That way you only have to pay the piper once.

Either way, get out of the Regionals!!
