It seems that there have been more 320FOs going to 190FO than the other way around.

I would not consider bidding over to the 320 until I could be in the 60% range give or take a few percentage points. Although the pay is better at second year and beyond, the QOL is much worse going to a very junior 320 schedule. I can make considerably more with a touch more seniority on the 190 than I could on the 320.

If I were on the 320 I could possibly hold a line next spring summer. The lines would be primarily island red eye turns (that sometimes include a 2 hour sit at the island). The other popular junior line is the 3 day that is technically a 4 day (ends after midnight) and switches sleep schedule halfway through the trip. Sometimes it seems the only people you will really hear on the radio at 3am is UPS, FEDEX and JB
