It seems that there have been more 320FOs going to 190FO than the other way around.

I would not consider bidding over to the 320 until I could be in the 60% range give or take a few percentage points. Although the pay is better at second year and beyond, the QOL is much worse going to a very junior 320 schedule. I can make considerably more with a touch more seniority on the 190 than I could on the 320.

If I were on the 320 I could possibly hold a line next spring summer. The lines would be primarily island red eye turns (that sometimes include a 2 hour sit at the island). The other popular junior line is the 3 day that is technically a 4 day (ends after midnight) and switches sleep schedule halfway through the trip.
