I'm not saying that staying is stupid. I'm saying that suggesting someone should stay at the regionals instead of going to B6 us stupid. If someone WANTS to leave the regionals, why should they pass on B6? It may not be the best gig in town (by your standards), but it isn't a regional.
(If someone wants to stay, that is their decision, and fine for them.)
