I was an 07' hire so I obviously don't have a crystal ball but I think new hires now should be in a much better position than in the past. Furloughees need vacancies in order to return, we can't just bump new hires to the street because we are senior and want to return. It sounds like staffing is lean and retirements are finally near. I was only with UAL a year but I would leave the regionals again in a hearbeat.
