We are moving from a larger gauge to smaller gauge. It takes more 737's to perform the work of 757's & 767's. The 717 is partially recapture and mostly replacement. Do you really question whether the footprint of Delta Air Line's network is getting smaller, post merger?
Bar, that's just a snap shot for the winter plan. What does next summer look like or next winter? AF is in financial trouble, their plans may change, but we should keep a watchful eye on this.
