Numbers are approximate, but about 1.5 years ago it was "over 5000 resumes received, 1500 of them reviewed, 280 interviewed"

Can't remember how many we're hired (at that time) but the overall average seemed to be about 30-40% of those interviewed. AGAIN, that was the average across the board. Some interview days/months seemed to have well over half the people from those groups get the pool letter while other groups had a small minority get the pool letter.
