True. I was simply stating what you, and others have in the thread multiple times. Atlas is very picky, because they can be. As well as the fact that there's A LOT of qualified/good people trying to get hired. And just getting to the interview says A LOT. But rest assured, even then it's not over and the candidate STILL has to do a good job.

And looking at the numbers you provided, the interview tempo was 30-36 pilots a month when it was fast and furious. Granted NOT every month. You could probably average it out to well over 6-800 interviewed since it started.
