I was sitting in DFW an hour or so ago and was listening to a couple of gate agents. One of them told me she is tired of the mess Tht the pilots are creating. So she stuck one in 32e. She also went on about denying another a seat because she didn't have time.
There is backlash that is going on within the company.
Interesting that she said "the mess the pilots are creating."
I guess she doesn't realize that the vast majority of the cancellations are coming from management at least the day prior?
How nice of her to take out a perceived pilot action on the passengers by hosing them on seat assignment and downright denied boarding because she "didn't have time."
