4A2B is being bantered by some in the know for January 31, or February 1. They will not be hiring then...all the new hires will already be done with training.
I think it's a deliberate move their part. I've heard the rumor from several management types. I think it's a real possibility.
Much of the decision rests with who will occupy the Oval Office over the foreseeable future, and who will control Congress. Their collective monetary and fiscal policies will weigh heavily upon an already weakening global market. We'll know before the new hires finish training.
