What about if you go to training on larger equipment? I'm going from 737 FO to 777 FO. Do I get 777 hourly pay rates right away when I start training???

LOL. That would be nice, but no. If I remember correctly you get your 777FO pay rate when you finish the MV/LOE. Until then, it's your last pay rate from your prior equipment. Would be nice if it was in the compensation section as a scenario, but it's under training.
Contract Section 11 Part 12.A:
During OE a pilot will be considered to be in the Equipment and Status in which he is flying for purposes of scheduling and
compensation.
