LOL. That would be nice, but no. If I remember correctly you get your 777FO pay rate when you become qualified in your position, i.e. finish IOE. Until then, it's your last pay rate. Can't find it either but someone care to weigh in?
When you pass the MV/LOE at the end of training one of the items that the check airman has to tick off on his checklist is telling the company you're now in your new position. Everything done after that point is under your new pay scale.
