Mike B is a Chief Pilot. He is someone who has tried to make things better. The fact that he maintained a Blast Mail that was voluntary says how much he is trying to help out the pilots.
IF (a big IF) it was his email list that was used.. I take him for his word that he's messed up and is sorry.
Mind you, he stepped up and immediately fessed up. And mind you, his mom just died a few weeks ago.
Everyone is entitled to a screw up every now and then.
Also, I have received Blastmail emails from others who used a trip trade list for other than trip trade requests!

As for the individual(s) who wrote the Fake ML..
Hope they are found out and pay a price.
Art VIII ALPA hearing, termination from the Company (if they used a company email list) and maybe even legal proceedings.

I judge a man by his Actions, not his affiliation.

The tool who wrote a Fake ML does not.
