That would be one way to address it. Also the top DL pilots (equivalent 74/777 positions) should be placed above the top HI pilot. Once those two things are done, we can move to fairly and realistically address the middle. Some will mirror the results of "relative" or close to it, but I would expect a complete approach to it rather than some abstract template. If we can't agree to what's fair and equitable, we take it to arbitration, fight like pitbulls for our pilots and accept the outcome, as should they.
