Eh you might be surprised..... However talking to many 60 year old pilots at Airways in the jumpseat with 30 plus years it always amazes me how young and "inexperienced" some of them were when hired..... Funny how they call the kettle black though....

I can guarantee there are many great regional FOs and CAs that you'd be perfectly fine flying with.... Are there bad ones? Of course. But even at UAL i bet you have them too....

I guess I just rather fly with a good pilot who's competent and easy to get along with even if that's a 3rd or 4th year regional fo....
