Not exactly; A-330 is a 2-engine jet, A-340 has 4-engines. Different type rating. But, the A345 can definately fly that route nonstop.
At Air Canada it is the same crews that operate both the 330's and 340's.... Maybe the FAA has differant regulations then Canada I guess.
