Research Gulfstream Airlines. When you park wholly owned Saabs operated by a much more reputable airline(Mesaba), & replace them with an operation who has been caught using car parts on their airplanes, you don't send safety vibes to your customers.
Also, Silver Airways(formerly Gulfstream Airlines) is where CA Marvin Renslow of Colgan 3407 received his "training". This is the pilot who pulled through the pusher after he stalled a Q400 on final approach.
Gulfstream is also where the captain from the comair crash went, the crew from pinnacle 3701, and the crew from the pinnacle Milwaukee off road adventure. So yeah, pretty good track record but know one knows because its called silver now. Just like value jet and AirTran
