If your price is lower, you're undercutting. ASA's in the middle of contract negotiations and get undercut by another carrier. Nothing to jump for joy over, in my book.
Let me please qualify this, however. I'm not knocking XJT guys, I've got lots of friends over there hope the company does great. I do find it odd, though, when guys critique one co for getting flying from another company and then jump for joy at the same thing.
But, they're all doing it. What can you do?
