You have to contact a charter company, it's illegal for a pilot to provide this service without working for a charter (135) company.
You're delving into the grey area of private vs common carriage, which depends on how the pilot presents it and how many private contracts he/she accepts. Besides, maybe he/she decides to offer a pro rata sort of deal, which is no issue.
