Charter companies reposition their aircraft to do charter flights just like the one you're refering to. Island Air's charter business is Ocean Wings. Contact them directly, they'll give you a quote and then you can decide if you'd like to charter. Try 508-775-6606. Good luck.
By the way, you'll get a cheaper quote from Island Air because the reposition is shorter than what Tradewinds would probably have to do.
