Depends on how far he spins it. I'd rather have him say "I'm gonna cheat" than say nothing, because now I wonder how far he's going to go, and do I need to get the deviation off of a crowded frequency.

When he says the cheat word, he's saying "don't bother asking for a deviation, it's going to be negligible."
