It looks like UCAL is extending interviews to guys with previous job offers. Class dates in November. If you would have told me three years ago that I'd have more chance to progress there than at Delta, I would have said, "Not a chance." Now, not so sure. Thoughts?
I'd stay far away. Tons of guys still on furlough, no contract, no integrated seniority list, no health care for your first 6 months, etc.
