I'm into week 4 with insanity and have liked it so far. It's fairly easy to do in a semi-confined space (as long as you have enough room to do push-ups you can pretty much do all the workouts). I've lost 13 lbs. so far following the workout calendar and eating healthy choices in small portions 4-5 times a day. Also have a lean protein shake after each workout as one of the meals. Next week is "recovery week" and then into the "Max" workouts. I have a feeling my body is going to hate me next month. So far on track to my 25 lbs. goal!
