The answer was YES the money gets refunded. But, there was a ton of Accounting requirements to be accomplished. A TON.
The best guess is that it would be Christmas at the earliest that we would see the money and that we would get approximately $230 of our $240 paid.
The lost money was spent on the retainer I suppose for the attorney selected. Non refundable. Never used. Just bought the guy a new Lexus. Lawyers always win..... and pilots always???????
I don't see what accounting has to be done that will take so long. There is X amount of money sitting in an account and Y number of pilots that paid into the fund. You take X/Y= how much each pilot gets. Then all that needs to be done is write checks and put them in the mail.
