GR is not the Chief Pilot. He is the ASSISTANT Chief Pilot exactly becuase of this reg. Im sure if he qualified, he wouldve been Chief though.
He wasn't qualified to be the assistant either, but they got a waiver for him. He isn't qualified to be the chief but....... You know how our company works.
