One of my internal reccs checked into it and they likely won't open the window for application updates again until spring. I guess I understand from their perspective but if it means that many people, and potentially younger people getting hired in front of me, that could make an enormous difference in the quality of the career...
I hate to jump on the bandwagon on this but the fact that you didn't have your ATP is only one person's fault. YOURS!! If you were not ready for when the window opened up that is no one else's problem. Not the company nor the junior guy that may get hired ahead of you. Bottom line is THEY were prepared and YOU weren't. I fell short of the mins by 25 hours but I am not blaming the company, I am only patiently waiting for the next window to open and reapply. Accept Responsibility!!
